Effective August 20, 2026
Vieora is a companion for your perimenopause and menopause chapters. Your privacy is part of how we care for you, and this policy explains it in plain language.
When you use the app, your check ins, which can include your symptoms, sleep, mood, energy, weight, and whether you are on hormone therapy, are saved only on your own device. Vieora does not send this information to our servers, and no account or login is required to use the app.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not track you across other apps or websites. Because your check ins live on your device, they stay with you.
The app loads its typefaces from Google Fonts so it looks the way it should. As part of serving those fonts, Google may receive your device's network address. This is standard for web fonts and is not used by Vieora to identify you.
When you choose to book a complimentary consult or open an article in the journal, you leave the app and go to our website or our journal. Those pages have their own terms and privacy practices.
Vieora is for education and self understanding. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified clinician. Care and prescriptions come through a Vieora visit.
Vieora is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.
You are in control of your information. Removing the app from your device removes the check ins stored there.
If our practices change, for example if we later add secure accounts and cloud sync, we will update this policy and the date above before that change takes effect.
Questions about your privacy are always welcome at hello@vieorahealth.com.
